ITALIAN OYSTER FEST is born, the Italian festival dedicated to oysters: sustainable, exquisite, for everyone.
Because Italian oysters belong to everyone, we just don’t know it yet!
Admission to the event is free. Workshops are free and open until capacity is reached.
Food, Sea, Culture. The Festival features a rich program of events, from in-depth conferences to tastings of Italian oysters (and more!) paired with local wines, Oyster Talks, Michelin-starred chefs, and industry insights.
